Picture: Bruno Weber's fairy-tale park near Zurich.
Swiss are famous for punctuality, quality and their trustworthiness but no revolutionaries. They normally come from Latin America or Germany but not from Switzerland. But since the 60ies a man by the name of Bruno Weber has fought the Zurich authorities, and eventually won, for the right to build a fairytale park on a piece of land in the forest he inherited from his parents. Without any building permit and construction plans he built himself in Dietikon, near Zurich, a castle surrounded by a magical garden. He and his family live in the house and it is open to the public in summer. Nowadays he is supported by big-name politicians and the property and house are part of a trust.
